1. Do you have limitations on the number of filters created?
We do not limit the number of filter sets and filter options that you can create for your store. You can even create a custom filter set for one specific collection. To maintain the best performance & appearance for the filter, we set to display a maximum of 50 filter values in a filter option (filter criterion). These are 50 values that are attributed to the most products. We believe that this is a relatively large number of values for a store, but if you still want to increase this, you can contact us.
2. Is this app free?
Yes, our app is currently free. You can install and use it right away. We also support FREE customization to match the filter & product grid with your current theme design if you need. Note: We will introduce paid plans in the near future, still including the free option. These plans are more advanced and upgraded. If interested, you can contact us for more information.
3. Can you help me with the app setup?

5. Does the app limit 5,000 products like Shopify Search & Discovery app?
The app does not have a limit on the number of products it can be applied to. However, the more products you have, the longer it takes for our app to collect product information from your store to run the filter and search functions. We call this the "indexing process". Typically, a store with fewer than 10,000 products needs from 1 to 2 minutes to complete the first indexing process after installation. If your store has more products, the indexing time may be a bit longer.
